Refund policy

 

Return Policy:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to REQUEST a return. Approved orders can only be returned for a store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition with all tags still attached, no signs or wear and tear, no makeup or present stains from trying the garment on (this includes hats), free from animal hair/scent, or cigarette smoke. If the items are not received back under these conditions the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to buyer at their cost.  


To start a return, you can contact us at thewesternjackalope@gmail.comYou’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an return will NOT be accepted.

If you’re returning shoes, the shoe box may not be used as the sole shipping container; the box must be placed in another box or poly mailer as the shoe box is considered a part of the product. If your item is returned to us for any of the following reasons: (insufficient address, unable to forward, incorrect address, incorrectly entering your shipping address, or otherwise undeliverable) the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item back to you. 

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURN LABELS.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. What you CAN NOT return is any Sale items, or orders marked down 20% or more, swim wear, ANY jewelry, Hats, shoes, Pre- Order Items, Holiday items, and NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are available for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN UNWORN, UNWASHED CONDITION WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request an exchange for the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER TO REPLACE WITH A DISCOUNT?

No canceling orders for discount codes to be used for a new order. Any discount code MUST be entered in BEFORE placing the order, no exceptions.
